ground beef
- heat the pan (and oil)
- add the meat to pan and break into large pieces
- break the beef into smaller pieces as it cooks
- cook until browned (and try not to stir)
eggplant
- mix all the sauces (and starch) together in one bowl (to throw in later). add in a tiny bit of water.
- spread out a good layer of cooking oil in the wok/pan. add garlic and turn the stove to medium-high
- throw in sliced eggplant and cook for 3 min. keep mixing the eggplant
- throw in the mixed sauce concoction. add a tiny bit of water to the empty bowl and pour again
- cook well!

after the eggplant is ready, add the beef into it and mix. serve and enjoy :)
